Welcome to Dusty's Page!
Although Dusty was not my first Belgian, he was the dog who sealed my commitment to the Belgian breed – Tervueren’s in particular. I think of Dusty as my “Heart” dog. We have gone through a lot of trials and tribulations; fabulous successes and challenging set-backs, and we have always been a team. Dusty, more than any dog, has taught me patience and to expect the best.
At 10 years old he still wants to be the one who goes everywhere with me but, severe arthritis has officially retired him from the show ring. He is now the only surviving dog from his litter, including his dam, a litter plagues with illness issues. I hope to enjoy his smiling face and body slams for a few more years yet.
